WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today released the following statement on the President’s decision to send three trade agreements to Congress for ratification:

“I am glad that President Obama has finally sent to the Congress the three trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia, and Panama that have been sitting on his desk since he took office. We are ready to ratify these treaties, which would create thousands of jobs in Tennessee by opening more markets to products made and food grown by Tennesseans.”
