Alexander Greets Veterans on Honor Flight of Middle Tennessee at World War II Memorial in Washington

WASHINGTON, D.C., September 13, 2017 – U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today greeted veterans traveling with Honor Flight of Middle Tennessee during their one-day trip to Washington, D.C.

The group of 25 World War II, Korean and Vietnam War veterans visited the World War II Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, the Lincoln Memorial, and witnessed the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Solider at Arlington National Cemetery.
